The warm and cozy condo is located on the 9th floor and has almost 1200 sq ft. which will comfortably sleep 6. You will enjoy breath-taking oceanfront views from the livingroom, kitchen and balcony!! The condo has been significantly remodeled including the addition of new furniture and TV in the fall of 2011. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed; color TV with cable, ceiling fan, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has ceiling fan and two twin beds that are separate but can be pulled together to make a king size bed. The livingroom has a new "Cindy Crawford Home" queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. The private balcony has a breath taking panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a new TV in the livingroom with cable and a VCR & DVD player.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a frig, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and a coffee maker. Also included are a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, two phones, central air conditioning, and a surround sound radio.
