Please: No work allowed in the Condo! Our spacious Non-Smoking 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath vacation rental condo is on the Direct Oceanfront in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The warm and cozy Condo is located on the 9th floor and has almost 1200 sq ft. which will comfortably sleep 6. You will enjoy breath-taking oceanfront views from the Living Room, Kitchen and Balcony!! The Condo has been significantly remodeled in December 2005 including the addition of new furniture and bedding throughout. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed; color TV with cable, ceiling fan, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has ceiling fan and two twin beds that are separate but can be pulled together to make a king size bed. The living room has comfortable furniture with a private balcony that has a panoramic view of the ocean. There is a TV in living room with cable and a VCR & DVD player. The sofa in living room opens to a queen-size bed.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a frig, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and a coffee maker. Also included are a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, two phones, central air conditioning, and a surround sound radio.
Special amenities include a heated indoor pool, oceanfront outdoor pool (depth 3-5 feet), indoor and outdoor kiddie pools, indoor hot tub and sauna, on-site laundry facilities, game room, snack bar & grill, gift shop, on-site parking, ice cream shoppe, chick-fill-a (seasonal).
An expansive tiered parking garage and three elevators area provided. Sorry, but NO pets allowed.
